EveHR will bill on users’ fees. The Company can choose to pay this fee monthly, quarterly, or annually, and can terminate the service at any time.

EveHR will calculate based on the actual conversion amount, and when employees generate conversion transactions, this amount will be deducted directly from the company's purchased rewards package. When this rewards package is running low on budget, the system will provide an automatic notification, and the Company can make additional purchases.

EveHR will issue red invoices for user fees with a 0% tax rate and receipts for the purchase of rewards packages as stipulated by Vietnamese tax laws.
