Key challenges

Working from home or hybrid have now affected the internal communication activities of many companies. The market does not have many software providers in the field of employee reward and engagement to match the current trends and human resources is also a new challenge.

On the other hand, the problem of gift needs that the HR department has to spend time looking for for employees on special days of the year is still a difficult problem because each person will have different needs and desires. It is for these reasons that this solution does not guarantee employee satisfaction.

Solutions

After discussing and listening to the needs from GEODIS, EveHR has since found the optimal solution to solve the difficult problem that the HR department is facing by providing service software (SaaS) on rewards and benefits platform for employees and internal communication at GEODIS.

Simultaneously, integrating a variety of features such as quick login via SSO, library for storing important documents/ announcements and team recognition to create convenience for employees in internal communication, enhance employee experience and build an effective corporate culture. After a close-knit discussion with the HR department of GEODIS Vietnam, EveHR has developed an environment with its own functionality on its application, in order to best meet the wishes and needs of GEODIS.

KEY MODULES AND FUNCTIONS ON GEODIS INCLUDE:

The application can be easily used on phones and computers with two languages English and Vietnamese.



Internal Rewards features: GEODIS employees will be allocated an annual number of Points by HR to reward a colleague or team for their contribution to their work. The reward criteria are selected in accordance with the development orientation as well as the core values of GEODIS.



Other add-on features are integrated to support effective internal communication for the company, improve employee interaction and increase the engagement in the enterprise.



The HR department can simply and effectively manage the budget, easily export reports related to benefits, rewards and employees from the Admin Portal on EveHR.

Results

In the first 3 months of 2023, GEODIS had more than 100 rewards sent out to each other and a lot of flexible reward redemptions on the EveHR software.

As a result, EveHR has received a lot of positive feedback from users regarding customer experience and has received helpful input on further feature enhancements in the near future.
