Mỗi nhân viên được quản trị viên gửi điểm khen thưởng hằng tháng chỉ từ 22,000 VNĐ/người
Mỗi điểm khen thưởng tương ứng với 1,000 VNĐ
Nhân viên sử dụng điểm khen thưởng để tặng khen thưởng cho đồng nghiệp
Người nhận khen thưởng nhận được một xu khen thưởng tương ứng với một điểm khen thưởng
Người nhận khen thưởng sử dụng xu khen thưởng để quy đổi quà hoặc e-voucher trên ứng dụng

Khen thưởng 1:1
Khen thưởng nhân viên thể hiện giá trị của công ty và tăng gắn kết với nhau. Nhân viên có thể gửi điểm cho đồng nghiệp và tích lũy xu khi được khen thưởng, lưu trữ chúng trong tài khoản của họ và đổi chúng lấy những phần thưởng có ý nghĩa nhất.

What is the difference between Points and Coins in the EveHR platform?Points are used to reward colleagues, while Coins represent the points received from colleagues or the company and are used for redeeming rewards. Using two different terms helps prevent confusion in communication and makes it easier for employees to understand and use.

Regarding cost, what type of cost does my company need to pay?EveHR will bill on users’ fees. The Company can choose to pay this fee monthly, quarterly, or annually, and can terminate the service at any time. Additionally, the Company will purchase an unlimited rewards package. This is considered as a fund for vouchers that the company's employees can use. EveHR will calculate based on the actual conversion amount, and when employees generate conversion transactions, this amount will be deducted directly from the company's purchased rewards package. When this rewards package is running low on budget, the system will provide an automatic notification, and the Company can make additional purchases.

With fees as mentioned above, what kind of invoices will EveHR issue?EveHR will issue red invoices for user fees with a 0% tax rate and receipts for the purchase of rewards packages as stipulated by Vietnamese tax laws.

Can the Company review employee rewards and reward conversions?Totally yes, at the Company's Admin Portal, you can review and download reports in xls format.

Can EveHR platform be integrated with other softwares?EveHR is ready to integrate with other software. In order to specify and facilitate the Company’s aspiration, it is necessary to make an appointment for the specific details between parties.

What about cheating when colleagues send rewards back and forth to earn Points?The system has anti-fraud features that allow Admins to set restrictions on reward exchanges through the Admin Portal, depending on the company's policies.
